About

Five Decades. Depth You Can Measure.

Jekuma's journey is not a story of random diversification. It is a logical evolution from measurement to manufacturing, then to system capability and adjacent engineering domains. That continuity matters because it explains why our machining and precision work are grounded in stronger process thinking.

Who we are

A Precision Engineering and Technical Manufacturing Group

Jekuma has grown into a multi-division industrial solutions group with capabilities across precision tooling and gauging, workholding solutions, CNC and VMC machining, automation systems, and technical polymers and textiles. At the centre of this evolution is one operating belief: accuracy, repeatability, and reliability must drive every process.

Today, our machining and precision-component capability leads the commercial narrative because that is where the strongest fit exists for customers in automotive, oil and gas, industrial systems, and engineered component sourcing.

Phase 01 — Origins

Foundation in Industrial Materials and Process Discipline

The journey began with deep exposure to nylon and polyester development within large-scale Indian industry. This phase built process discipline, respect for consistency, and a manufacturing mindset rooted in control rather than improvisation.

Phase 02 — Gauging & Precision

Jekuma Engineering: From Basic Gauges to Precision Solutions

The first business began with gauges in a competitive space. Instead of remaining commoditised, it moved toward specialised gauging, higher-precision applications, and custom engineering, gradually adding digital systems and advanced workholding.

Forward Integration into Precision Manufacturing

With strength already built in measurement and workholding, the next logical step was component manufacturing. The company entered machining with quality awareness already embedded in its operating DNA.

Phase 04 — Automation

Automation Capability Added to the System

Inspection automation, process automation, and integrated engineering systems expanded the business from equipment supplier to process enabler — a pivotal step into full system-level thinking.

Phase 06 — Today

Sharpened Multi-Division Structure

The group matured into clearly defined verticals, allowing sharper focus across engineering and materials while preserving the common DNA of precision and process control. The next chapter is already in motion.

What this means for customers

A Supplier with a Stronger Starting Point

Many suppliers can machine parts. Fewer can connect machining to measurement, workholding, inspection, and system-level understanding. That is where Jekuma becomes more than a vendor. We are built to support customers who value consistency, quality discipline, and capability that extends beyond isolated part-making.
